Just got my gear fit2 pro last week.

How to get my galaxy s8 to count floors.

I have a galaxy watch 42mm with a manufacture date of 12 31 2018. So maybe the galaxy watch wants a walking start so to say before registering a floor. Supported devices also require a minimum of 1 5gb of storage. Using the connected phone open the galaxy wearable app and then swipe to and tap samsung health.

Supported galaxy and non galaxy devices require android 6 0 marshmallow or later. I purchased this to replace my fitbit blaze and old asus zw2 which is dying and wanted 1 device to cover both of their functionality. Tablets and some mobile devices may not be supported. I have a 2 story house and it registered 1 floor all day.
